Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our client in Longmont, CO!

In this role, you will contribute to stable and reliable product quality by providing support across all major inspection steps-from incoming materials to outgoing goods.

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

  • Quality assurance experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong attention to detail with reliable documentation skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

Here's what you'll do:

  • Support the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team with inspection preparation, documentation review, and recording inspection results.
  • Assist during In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) by monitoring process adherence and escalating observed deviations.
  • Support Final Quality Control (FQC) activities, including verification of documentation completeness and traceability prior to product release.
  • Assist with Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) tasks, including packaging verification, shipment readiness, and final quality checks.
  • Contribute to daily quality workflows, NCR handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Type: Contract to Potential Direct

Pay: Up to $30/hr. **Based on experience

Schedule: M-F 1st shift - 7:00AM-3:00PM

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years' Quality Assurance experience within a highly technical/regulated manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with quality tools, inspection steps, and measurement methods.
  • High attention to detail, structured working style, and reliable documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
