Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Partners with technical teams and business leaders to assess operational requirements, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of enhancements and integrations that align with overall system architecture and business objectives.
  • Participates in discovery, architecture, and integration projects supporting mortgage, deposit operations, cards, payments, and other business units; identify systemic inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize enterprise platforms and processes.
  • Evaluates ancillary systems, workflow automation tools, and embedded technologies that complement core enterprise platforms (e.g., Symitar, Clutch, MeridianLink, Encompass, VisaDPS); contributes to targeted initiatives to assess, optimize, and ensure these systems address operational needs and enhance business workflows.
  • Analyzes operational challenges within backend systems and collaborate on the development and implementation of targeted solutions to address process gaps or user needs.
  • Supports change management initiatives by developing and maintaining training materials, communication plans, and feedback channels to facilitate successful adoption of new platforms and process changes.
  • Assists in vendor evaluation and integration activities; ensures external solutions meet strategic goals and compliance requirements.
  • Contributes to the development of system roadmaps, resource plans, and project timelines for backend technology initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Utilizes advanced analytics and reporting tools to evaluate system and process effectiveness, uncovers opportunities for operational enhancement, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology initiatives, providing transparent updates to leadership and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Conducts ongoing market research and benchmarking to stay informed of regulatory changes, technology innovations, and industry best practices relevant to enterprise systems and business enablement.

      Education
      Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
      Experience
      5 years: 5+ years of experience in enterprise banking systems, product infrastructure, or technical enablement roles. (required)
      Demonstrated expertise with enterprise system platforms such as Symitar, Clutch, MeridianLink, Encompass, VisaDPS, and related technologies. (required)
      Proven experience in service and UX design, systems thinking, enterprise architecture, and process automation. (required)
      Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. (required)
      Proficient in MS Office suite, Internet, Teams, and Email. (required)
