Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a driven Team Leader, Sr. Maintenance Technician at our Brillion, WI location to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you'll lead hands-on repair and preventative maintenance efforts across both electrical and mechanical systems-playing a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Pay: Starts at $31/hour + $2.00 Shift Premium & $2,000 sign on bonus

  • Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); core hours 2:30PM-12:30AM

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during 2nd shift operations

  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety

  • Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions accurately in the CMMS

  • Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures

  • Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • A minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience required

  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of Industrial equipment

  • Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, PMs, and documentation

  • Proficient in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors

  • Working knowledge of PLC- controlled equipment

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits

WORK ENVIRONMENT...

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 10+ hours a day

  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place

  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs

  • Ability to operate Industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment

  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
