Location Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: Up to $45.00 per hour

Shift: 7 am-3:30 pm | Monday-Friday

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of manufacturing experience on the same or similar equipment
  • Solid working knowledge of electrical processes and industrial manufacturing systems
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, ISO/SQF, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred
  • Ability to manage moderately complex technical and operational issues
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and assist with the daily activities of team members to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, safe work practices, operational policies, and employment procedures
  • Enforce protocols related to safety, quality, production, documentation, GMPs, 5S compliance, and cleaning standards
  • Promote an environment of honesty, transparency, teamwork, accountability, and open communication
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and provide constructive solutions
  • Serve as a resource for employee concerns and operational feedback
  • Analyze departmental costs, investigate variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate outcomes to teams
  • Train, mentor, and develop employees to support performance and growth
  • Understand and support continuous improvement, problem-solving methodologies, and efficient operational practices
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, motors, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and control drawings
  • Support PLC-controlled equipment and collaborate with controls engineers as needed
  • Lead electrical components of equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and company standards
  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to electrical technicians and electricians, including work assignments and prioritization
  • Serve as the primary electrical point of contact for maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
