Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday (OT on Fridays as needed)

Tools of the Trade

• Experience operating/setting up horizontal boring mill machines
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience operating machines with Tosnuc controls preferred
• Previous experience in a job shop or heavy machining environment preferred

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up, operate, and run horizontal boring mill machines according to job specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
