  Five (5) to seven (7) years of HR Generalist or related human resources experience

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  
  
• 
  

  Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  
  
• 
  

  Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  Support day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areas

  
  
• 
  

  Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  
  
• 
  

  Provide employee relations support, including guidance on workplace concerns and policy interpretation

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes

  
  
• 
  

  Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee benefit inquiries

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR regulatory requirements

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support business and compliance needs

  
  
• 
  

  Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
