Location: Beverly, MA

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support daily operations within a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are eager to grow within manufacturing and machine shop operations. The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in supporting production flow, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to manufacturing and machine shop operations.
• Assist with technical and production tasks, including shot peening, abrasive flow machining, laser marking, and deburring.
• Prepare, cut, and move raw materials and components.
• Assemble shop orders and support production schedules.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of shop equipment.
• Support various operational projects as assigned.
• Follow all shop safety standards and employee expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Prior manufacturing or shop experience is a plus but not required.
