Position Details: As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will report to Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing . You will generate referral leads for our San Mateo clinic. You will represent Child Mind Institute in the community and partner with the Clinical Director and clinical team to further our reputation, build relationships and lead patient referrals. This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position located in our San Mateo, CA office. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, determined by your supervisor. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. You Will: * Build relationships with referral sources, including mental health providers, school staff, and medical professionals. * Write and manage communications to important referral sources, promoting clinical services and engaging parents, educators, and other audiences. Handle all correspondence, including outreach, thank-you notes, and coordination of referral presentations in collaboration with clinicians. * Represent us and our clinical offerings at receptions and events. * Enhance and implement training to the clinical team related to referrals, outreach and communication. * Analyze the competitive landscape to understand our position and identify strategies for positioning our offerings. * Oversee professional development and parent workshops, including marketing, presentation coaching, and financial reporting. Share in-depth knowledge of mental health programming with important partners. * Collaborate with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications department, support and inform strategy and audience for Clinical Marketing campaigns including digital and email marketing, promotional materials, conference programs, participant handouts, and signage. * Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
