This position at United Launch Alliance would report through the Sub-Systems Integration team and will be the Program Management leader working with Solid Rocket Motors major supplier, to support Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicles. This role is accountable for end-to-end supplier program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and mission assurance objectives are met for one of the most strategically important elements of the launch system. This position operates at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, quality, contracts, and executive leadership, and requires the ability to influence across company and supplier boundaries to deliver flawless launch performance. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Program Leadership: * Own overall program execution for a major solid rocket motor supplier from contract award through flight delivery * Serve as ULA's single-threaded leader for supplier performance, issue resolution, and strategic alignment * Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans Cost, Schedule, and Performance Accountability: * Lead supplier cost management including EAC tracking, affordability initiatives, and cost reduction strategies * Drive on-time delivery of flight hardware through disciplined program planning and proactive risk management * Ensure adherence to ULA mission assurance, quality, and reliability standards Technical and Cross-Functional Integration: * Partner closely with engineering, systems integration, mission assurance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams * Coordinate technical trades, design changes, nonconformance resolution, and qualification activities * Ensure supplier alignment with ULA configuration control, certification, and launch readiness processes Risk Management and Executive Communication: * Identify, assess, and actively manage technical, schedule, cost, and supply chain risks * Lead executive-level reviews * Provide clear communication to ULA leadership on program status, risks, and recovery plans Supplier Relationship and Strategy: * Build strong partnerships with supplier leadership * Drive long-term supplier performance improvements aligned to ULA's launch cadence and strategy * Support contract negotiations and change management Required Education Bachelor Required Years of Experience Minimum of 10 years of related work experience Basic Qualifications

Summary Salary Range (forULA - Denveronly): $164,324.00 - $305,173.00 Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a "9/80 schedule," meaning they enjoy every other Friday off. Benefits and work schedules may vary for union-represented hourly positions and are described in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
