Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager in Santa Clara to drive endtoend execution of CCDS (Central CAD & Design Services) development and enablement programs, manage daily operational activities, and coordinate advanced technology readiness. The role is responsible for clear program communication, leveraging productivity and AI tools to streamline workflows, and maintaining key operational systems to ensure effective execution and operational excellence across the CCDS organization.

What You Can Expect

You Will:

  • Drive endtoend execution of CCDS development and enablement programs, including planning, schedule management, milestone reviews, risk tracking, and delivery across teams

  • Run daily and weekly execution cadences for CCDS activities by scheduling meetings, managing agendas, tracking action items, and following up with global stakeholders to ensure timely closure

  • Coordinate advanced technology and processnode enablement, ensuring CAD readiness for leadingedge technologies, methodologies, and design flows

  • Lead CCDS communication efforts by producing newsletters, delivering weekly development, operational updates and ensuring consistent, highquality messaging to engineering teams

  • Apply advanced productivity tools to build operational dashboards, consolidate metrics, visualize workflows, and manage deliverables with clarity and accuracy

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting, automate documentation, summarize information, and streamline routine PM workflows

  • Develop, maintain, and improve key operational systems, including JIRA processes, dashboards, automations, Confluence documentation structures, and SharePoint organization

  • Identify gaps, improve processes, standardize workflows, and drive operational excellence across CCDS to increase execution efficiency and scale program management best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5 years of related professional experience or Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree

  • 5+ years of semiconductor domain experience, with deep technical background in ASIC or AMS design flows, CAD flows and infrastructure, including complete design cycle knowledge along with release planning/ GIT release management/ EDA interface management

  • 3+ years of engineering program management experience with handson crossfunctional execution

  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and leverage productivity tools across documentation, planning, automation, data visualization, knowledge management, and collaboration

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, and advanced formulas

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including executive storytelling, clear data visualization, and building highimpact status and decision slides

  • Strong proficiency with productivity and planning tools such as Visio or equivalent flowcharting tools, Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, OneNote for structure notes taking and meeting records

  • AIfirst mindset with experience using enterprise AI tools (MS Copilot, Glean, Zoom AI etc) to accelerate daily PM work

  • Strong experience with JIRA, including workflow configuration, dashboard creation, JQL queries, automations, and hygiene/standardization management

  • Experience managing Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive for organizing program artifacts

  • Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments for navigation, file operations, log collection, and tool execution

  • Excellent communication, organization, followthrough, and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly proactive, detailoriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

108,220 - 162,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
