What you will do Responsible for the execution of an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) account site(s). Supervises the work of subordinate personnel, providing for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of systems and related equipment of contracted activities. Communicate with client and O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract. What you will do: This is a strategic account position responsible for growth within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will work closely with his or her peers and will report to the Associate Director of CO/UT/WY areas. The Territory Manager is expected to develop relationships and have credibility throughout the entire customer base, which includes our contractor customers and supply chain partners. The incumbent will oversee our customer relationships in terms of sales growth, profitability, customer service, issue resolution, new product introduction, and industry involvement. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - 117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education,experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignmentwith market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take intoaccount volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes acompetitive benefits package.
