Job Title: Construction Admin Location: Ocala, FL 34471 or , Gainesville, FL 32653 Duration: 12 months will be extended Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2 Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day Job Description: Estimates construction costs, prepares budgets, and tracks expenses. - Participates in managing and estimating revenue forecasts, material planning, capital, and expense budgets. - Verifies serviceability, surveys proposed service routing, and estimates material, construction, and labour costs. Looking for experience in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Must have excellent communication skills and preferable Project Management experience. Additional details: There will be no driving required. Not a supervisory role Not a safety sensitive position. Position is heavy admin.
