Summary:The Vice President of Foodservice Sales is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and leading high performing teams across foodservice channels. This role typically oversees major customer segments-including distributors and operator networks-while steering market expansion, managing broker relationships, and executing joint business plans.This position oversees theFoodservicesales team, sets ambitious performance goals, and ensures alignment with the company's vision andobjectives. This is an exempt position with an annualized salaryrange of $200,000 to $260,000. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Work Environment This is a remoteposition based in the United States.Travel to the Support Center in Seattle, WA will berequiredon a periodic basis for meetings and training.Travel to variousFoodservice customer locations will berequired, up to35%. In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise.While remote, employees must provideappropriate homeoffice space. Physical/Mental demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Frequently required to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
