Medical Assistant - Orthopaedics Falls Church, VA Pay From: $21 per hour MUST: The Medical Assistant must have experience with: 2 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience Orthopedic experience is a must Registered or Certified Medical Assistant or MA diploma preferred Experience rooming patients and taking vitals Assisting with exams and procedures Assisting with casting and splinting Entering and updating patient information in EMR DUTIES: Duties include but will not be limited to the following: Rooming patients Taking patient histories as well as vitals Assist physicians with procedures Removing casts for patients Wound card and splinting for patients Stocking rooms and prepping patients for procedures Scheduling follow up appointments Enter patient histories into EMR System Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
