What You'll Do

SourceAmerica is seeking a Manager, Technical Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join our Information Technology team! In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers and technical specialists in delivering highquality solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.

You'll combine strong peoplemanagement skills with handson technical expertise to ensure your team follows development best practices, delivers reliable and scalable solutions, and continuously improves. You will mentor team members, provide technical direction, and help drive innovation that aligns with organizational goals.

*Due to the requirements of this position the ideal candidate will be based near the following SourceAmerica locations: National office Vienna, VA, and Chicago field office. SourceAmerics hybrid model is defined as 30 miles or less and work 2 to 3 days a week in the office.

Your Impact ...

Leadership & People Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers and technical consultants.
  • Set priorities, review deliverables, and ensure professional growth of team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including: Plug-ins, workflows, and customizations; Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Experienced in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Oversee system architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Solution Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide the team in implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Establish and enforce software development standards.
  • Promote agile methodologies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Familiarity with Copilot and AI tools for productivity and development.
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps pipeline with Git and GitHub.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $170,000 - $180,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE architecture and Power Platform.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and Copilot for enhancing development workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter and maintain motivation in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
  • Leadership: Inspires and motivates team members; leads by example.
  • Collaboration: Builds strong relationships across teams and functions.
  • Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Approaches complex issues with analytical thinking and creativity.

Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements. *Due to the requirements of this position the ideal candidate will be based near the following SourceAmerica locations: National office Vienna, VA, and Chicago field office.
