ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is looking for a Director Operations to join our Public Sector Central team. The candidate should reside in Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, or Missouri and be located by a major airport. Frequent travel of 50% - 75% or more, including overnight stays is required. The Director Operations has oversight and leads all aspects of project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from design phase to the installation and on-going service and support phase of the completed project. This includes ensuring that a member of the Operations team is involved in the development processes, reviewing constructability matters and estimates. Manages all aspects of the regional project finances including change management, revenue projects, personnel, and external contractors, and subcontractors, customer agents to coordinate all aspects of project installation and risk management and mitigation. Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and that customers are satisfied with both the installation process and the end result. The essential functions of the position include:
