Oversight of the program of work and financial delivery is key to successful execution of this mission. The Onyx Portfolio Management team is accountable for defining, building, and executing on our internal processes for agile planning and delivery across our entire portfolio. They ensure that the leadership of the Onyx organization and key partners / stakeholders have a transparent view into our overall progress, and that issues / blockers / misalignments are raised early before they become major problems. And they partner with our product and engineering leadership to ensure our overall ways of working, including software delivery, are best-in-class and set us up for success. This role is accountable for supporting Onyx technical teams with project management needs, ensuring quality in internal standard ways of working including appropriate documentation, resource tracking and capacity planning to ensure successful program/project delivery. The incumbent will also partner with Product Managers to devise and execute realistic, achievable, and high-quality plans that enable delivery of Onyx products across multiple sprints. A Program Manager should be able to develop comprehensive, actionable project plan from various data points, including information that is poorly defined, ambiguous, and complex. A Program Manager should also be able to effectively execute project plans to completion, while facilitating agile ceremonies, managing risk, and partnering across Onyx and the business. #GSK-LI #R&DTechProject #GSKOnyx * If you are based in Cambridge, MA; Waltham, MA; Rockville, MD; or San Francisco, CA, the annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges $103,950 to $173,250.The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
