The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with leadership, HR teams, and employees to enhance the overall employee experience. This role manages a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy implementation, compliance reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. The position also supports strategic HR projects such as mergers and acquisitions, global mobility, and organizational development, while promoting the ZEISS culture, brand, and workplace values.
