We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive successful customer implementations and serve as the long-term technical owner for assigned accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of Engineering and Customer Enablement and is primarily responsible for technical delivery, integration execution, and cross-functional program leadership. In addition, you will maintain strategic ownership of customer relationships to ensure adoption, renewals, and growth.
What You'll Do Own End-to-End Technical Implementations
  • Lead post-sale implementation and integration projects, including:
    • ATS and CRM integrations
    • Data migrations
    • Enterprise authentication (SSO, SCIM)
    • Email and other SaaS system integrations
  • Run technical kickoff calls, gather requirements, define scope, and establish clear delivery plans
  • Translate customer business needs into structured technical requirements for Engineering
  • Drive execution across Engineering, R&D, Product, and external partners
  • Identify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and minimal escalations
  • Develop deep knowledge of ATS/CRM platforms and integration ecosystems
  • Work directly with REST and SOAP APIs to support reliable data exchange
  • Understand system architecture and data flow principles to design scalable solutions
  • Lead troubleshooting conversations involving logs, API behavior, and system dependencies
  • Partner with ATS vendors and third-party consultants to ensure seamless integrations
  • Support enterprise security and compliance reviews
Technical Account Stewardship
  • Serve as the long-term technical owner for assigned accounts after implementation
  • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Drive product adoption by aligning hireEZ capabilities with customer workflows
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify risks to retention. Partner with customer operations and leadership teams to deliver strategic advisory guidance.
  • Support renewals by demonstrating technical value and measurable outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities driven by integrations, usage, and product adoption .
  • Support pre-sales technical evaluations and solution design for prospective and existing customers
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) by defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and technical assumptions
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement teams
  • Track implementation progress and lifecycle activity using tools such as Salesforce and Jira
  • Surface recurring product gaps and integration challenges to inform roadmap decisions
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and ATS integration best practices
What We're Looking For Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical implementation, technical program management, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience leading integration or implementation projects
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions involving APIs, SSO, data flows, and system integrations
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system architecture fundamentals
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Tech
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers in a technical capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven SaaS products
  • Experience using Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools
