Four Lions Media (FLM) is looking to hire a new Account Manager. This role is the primary point of contact for clients and the internal hub for getting work done across the team. The Account Manager's job is to ensure we are consistently in service to the client by coordinating people, timelines, approvals, and budgets.
This is not a role where you personally execute every task. It's a role where you delegate, follow up, and unblock. Success looks like projects delivered on time and on budget, and a client who ends the engagement saying: "Four Lions is awesome. I couldn't have done this without this manager."
FLM is an integrated media firm built out of decades of experience with foundations in data. Our team produces video content, digital strategy, and direct mail for the progressive community. Our clients include the leaders of International Unions, non-profit and advocacy organizations, voter persuasion groups, and candidates for electoral office. We have worked at all levels of the ballot and produce award-winning communications.
A minority-owned firm, FLM is an Equal Opportunity Employer. People of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and identities are encouraged to apply. We are committed to creating a respectful, equitable workplace. Our commitment to diversity of thought and background is anchored in a shared experience that has demonstrated that this is where true progress happens
