As a Security Officer - Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a driving post, you will cruise assigned routes and conduct routine patrols to help spot and report security-related concerns, support access control, and assist visitors and employees with a customer-first approach. You will stay visible, communicate clearly, and document activity while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the interior, exterior, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete required reports, logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
