As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access control and visitor guidance, and communicate clearly with onsite teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and access control procedures at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking lots, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems as assigned, report irregular conditions, and notify management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance with de-escalation, directions, and documentation of events.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate key information during shift turnover, and support other security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
