What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and access control procedures at a technology location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire and/or alarm activations, and service requests, and notify the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor and document security-related activity using surveillance systems, access control tools, and/or building management alerts as assigned, and complete timely reports and logs.
• Control entry and exit for authorized personnel and deliveries, verify credentials, coordinate with onsite teams, and help to maintain orderly traffic flow at doors, docks, and vehicle gates.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A Guard Card and/or security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
