As an armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to situations with calm, clear communication. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and assist guests and team members with customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a transportation parking environment.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of parking areas, shuttle pick-up and drop-off zones, entrances, exits, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and vehicle flow, verify credentials and/or authorizations when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, vehicle incidents, disturbances, and/or alarms, and coordinate with law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and approved firearms in accordance with Allied Universal policies, complete detailed reports of patrols and incidents, and communicate updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
