Get to know Okta Reports to Director of Strategic Growth | Global Role About GrowthX GrowthX is redefining how Okta goes to market and drives pipeline. We are moving away from volume-based, templatized marketing toward signal-based, cohort-driven programs that meet customers and buyers where they are and produce quality pipeline that closes. We build intelligence and turn it into pipeline impact. The Role The Strategic Growth Program Manager operationalizes account data, business triggers, business context and narratives across regions to improve account and buyer targeting, build signal based demand gen programs, and ensure outbound messaging are relevant to buyers while building pipeline. You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Growth and partner with Global and Regional teams. This is a high-visibility role with performance tied to measurable pipeline metrics such as pipeline quality, acceleration, and progression to close. You will elevate the performance of programs and teams that already exist. This role is built for someone who is not comfortable with the status quo and wants to help shape how a global SaaS company generates pipeline through modern, signal informed demand gen and abm program execution. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
