Job Overview TheEnterprise Partner Account Manager owns and grows revenue from strategic partners that represent a significant share of Mitratech's revenue opportunity within the HR/HCM ecosystem, including PEOs, insurance brokers, and compliance partners. This role redefines traditional account management by focusing on strategic growth through existing partnerships. You will
lead co-sell initiatives to generate new revenue and increase multi-solution adoption within enterprise accounts. As the primary architect of partner strategy, you will
develop and implement targeted account plans, fostering collaboration across payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. Working closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, you will ensure
partner retention, drive expansion, and improve performance-contributing directly to the company's growth.
Given the significance of this portfolio, you will regularly report on partnership performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities, providing valuable insights for the Partner Growth Team.
