The Executive Director, Strategic Contracting is the enterprise authority for payer contracting strategy across all City of Hope entities. This highly visible executive leader establishes systemwide network strategy across California and CAP markets and serves as a key relationship owner with payer partners. In close partnership with Managed Care Operations and Payer Relations leadership, this role ensures contract execution, enforcement, and performance while advancing City of Hope's network priorities. This position oversees a portfolio of hundreds of payer contracts representing more than $7 billion in annual net revenue, supporting clinical services across City of Hope National Medical Center, City of Hope Medical Foundation, and more than 30 clinical sites. The Executive Director plays a critical role in network development, valuebased contracting, alternative payment models, physician relationships, and strategic growth initiatives that expand patient access and strengthen City of Hope's financial sustainability.
