Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Head of Global RWE and HEOR Strategy - Immunology who is strategic, scientifically rigorous, and futurefocused to join us in our Immunology team, based in our office on Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA.

About the role

You will define and lead the global data and evidence strategy for our immunology portfolio, shaping how realworld data and health economics evidence support development and lifecycle decisions. You will anticipate future evidence needs, ensure scientific excellence, and translate complex data into clear insights that inform regulatory, payer, medical, and commercial decisionmaking. You will also represent the organization externally and build partnerships that enhance the credibility and impact of our evidence.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a highly transversal environment alongside asset teams, health economics and outcomes research experts, digital and analytics specialists, and senior enterprise stakeholders. You will lead and develop a global team of evidence professionals while collaborating closely with internal centers of excellence and external partners to deliver innovative, fitforpurpose evidence strategies.

* Translate complex data landscapes into actionable strategic insights
* Ensure scientific rigor across evidence generation methodologies
* Lead and develop highperforming global evidence teams
* Represent the organization in external scientific, payer, and regulatory forums

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements

* Advanced degree in health sciences, economics, epidemiology, or related field
* 10+ years' experience in realworld evidence or health economics leadership
* 5+ years' experience defining global evidence strategies across asset lifecycles
* 5+ years' experience people leadership in complex, matrixed organizations
* Strong knowledge of payer and health technology assessment expectations

Preferred requirements

* Experience in immunology or related therapeutic areas
* Track record of external scientific engagement and partnership building
* Experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI in evidence generation

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $236,000-310,800. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
