Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Kellogg Human Capital The Human Capital Partner (HCP) supports the Senior Human Capital Partner and the broader Kellogg Human Capital team in delivering a full range of HR services across the Kellogg. This role blends generalist HR support, talent acquisition coordination, staff development programming, and operational excellence. The HCP partners with a defined client group to provide day to day HR guidance. The role contributes to initiatives in performance and talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation processes, and organizational development. It also plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting community building efforts in collaboration with Community & Engagement. The HCP may lead short term projects and collaborates closely with Senior HCPs and the Human Capital Director to ensure consistent, high quality HR service delivery. Target hiring range for this position will be $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
