The Opportunity

Adobe Firefly is transforming creativity through generative AI, enabling creative professionals ("CPros") to ideate, design, and produce content in entirely new ways. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Firefly (Inbound), you will focus on understanding the needs of CPros and shaping how Firefly delivers value across Adobe's creative ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role where you'll help to drive strategic product marketing initiatives, influence product direction and go-to-market strategies and work cross-functionally to guide execution. You'll collaborate deeply with product, outbound marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure Firefly is discoverable, adopted, and loved by creative professionals worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Firefly and flagship app product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights and cross-app journey opportunities.

  • Ensure deep understanding of CPro workflows, needs, and aspirations through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.

  • Partner closely with outbound PMMs for CPro segments to co-develop marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of Firefly.

  • Refine Firefly's value proposition for creative professionals, ensuring it resonates across disciplines and use cases.

  • Represent the strategic vision of Firefly for CPros to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles, ideally in creative software or AI technologies.

  • Proven ability to influence and align teams to bring ideas to life across product, marketing and go-to-market.

  • Track record of driving critical initiatives end-to-end, from concept through launch.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at using data to inform decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience influencing executive partners.

  • Passion for creativity, design, and emerging technologies like generative AI.

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred OR equivalent practical experience.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
In New York, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
