Job Overview We are looking for students to participate in an 8-week full time paid program. The students will have opportunities to experience all aspects of Content creation and production. All positions are in person at our Long Island City Photo and Content Studios. Please note that all housing and transportation are not included.

- Rate: $20 p/hr. (4.5 days/8 weeks/ full-time)
Job Responsibilities
- Pay special attention to learning how to take notes, create documents, and follow workflows.
- Work alongside both Fashion and Still Life Art Directors during the summer residency.
- Assist Art Directors in tracking and prepping shoots, reviewing creative briefs, tracking deadlines, maintaining quality and consistency in photography.
- Attend and participate in Style Out and Pre-production meetings.
- Work closely with Photo, Styling and Video interns to plan and execute a final project at the end of the program, based on trends and assigned guidelines.
- Pay special attention to learning how to take notes, create documents, and follow workflows.
- Actively learn the basics of both directing photographers and stylists' roles: role specific planning techniques, familiarity with equipment & kits, understanding of best practices and industry standard tools and programs.
- Actively seek hands-on support to both photo and styling workflows, when appropriate, in order to build cross functional familiarity with photo set operations
- Leverage the skills, relationships, and familiarity with studio workflows, tools & equipment developed over the initial four weeks of the program to execute an industry standard photoshoot from conception to final delivery. Collaboration required

- Ability to multi-task and work closely with others at both senior and junior level. * Ability to stand and walk throughout day.
- Responsibilities will occasionally require physical activity. Lifting or moving 25-50 lbs.
- Must be self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication & people skills. Soft leadership and strong conflict resolution skills are preferred.
- Keeping attention to detail and experience in a deadline-driven workplace
- Familiarity with computers, programs, adobe apps encouraged but not required
