The Consultant is responsible for implementing manufacturing-related functionality on Infor Consulting Services implementation projects. This role performs billable project work and supports the delivery of implementation activities. Consultants work with clients to implement Infor software and standard industry processes to support operational efficiency, customer service, and collaboration. A Day in Life Typically Includes: Deliver business process and application consulting services, including process design, application configuration, testing, and client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools. Work in alignment with established implementation methodologies across process, distribution, and retail industry environments. Support ongoing client relationships and provides recommendations aligned to industry standards and system capabilities. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing within one or more industry segments, such as Food and Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution, or Manufacturing Experience supporting Infor M3 implementations with a manufacturing focus Experience participating in full lifecycle ERP implementations with a manufacturing scope Experience with M3 manufacturing and supply chain business processes, including procurement, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing planning, and operations Customer facing Consulting experience Proficiency in written and spoken English Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Ability to travel throughout North America (U.S. and Canada) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with M3 applications, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Warehouse, Plant Maintenance, Factory Track, Quality Management System, Scheduling Workbench, and Graphical Lot Tracker (GLT) Experience supporting M3 Manufacturing functionality Familiarity with Infor implementation methodologies and tools US Remote-Dallas, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
