Job Description:

Nursing Assistant - PRN

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Job Duties:

• Personal hygiene, routine vital signs, routine care.
• Routine procedures based on scope of practice outlined in skills checklist.
• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in CCDP program

Preferred Requirements:

• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program is preferred. If not certified, then at least 1 year experience in the field is preferred.
• PCT Certification
