Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support day-to-day management and tasking of all personnel on contract, and be the focal point to the Customer for all contract related items, to include mandatory deliverables, financials, staffing, and team status.

    Performs a variety of services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties.
  • Provides support planning, managing, and monitoring projects through their life cycle.
  • Reports on project schedules and deliverables.
  • Briefs leadership on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
  • Manages system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; may assist in writing narratives for reports.
  • Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks. Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
  • For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
  • Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Additional 5 years of relevant expereince may be substituted for a degree)
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant technical experience with facilities or infrastructure in one or more of the following areas:
    • Engineering
    • Design
    • Construction
    • Facilities O&M
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in contract administration of technical requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in management of technical disciplined personnel
  • Experience presenting financials and program status to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing subcontractors and subcontract relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • TS/SCI with Poly

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
