How You Will Make History Here...

The Sr Analyst, Revenue Growth Management will utilize their excellent data capabilities and business acumen to generate insights and support trade promotion and pricing initiatives. The role will support key processes, such as trade optimization, deriving trade ROI and efficiency, trade allocation and target setting, and strategic pricing using their ability to integrate disparate data sources and create advanced reports/ visualizations. The Sr Analyst will play a vital role in building a best-in-class revenue growth management capability at the Campbell Soup Company to drive growth for our iconic Meals, Beverages and Snacking brands.

What You Will Do...
  • Drive RGM trade optimization objectives by analyzing customer plans and identifying opportunities for improvement; partner with customer planning and customer teams to quantify strategic opportunities; assess results in-market

  • Create and maintain trade ROI datasets utilizing our TPM platform; augment datasets with syndicated and financial data; define business logic to enhance insights (e.g. calculate EDLP ROI)

  • Own and deliver the annual trade allocation and target setting process; review in market results by category/ channel and collaborate with Customer Strategy to refine model parameters; provide reporting

  • Design and create analytic tools and reporting leveraging BI tools like Alteryx, SQL Server and Tableau; leverage to generate strategic insights across consumption, trade, and pricing data

  • Deliver RGM reports and scorecards as needed; ability to query and synthesize large datasets; present complex trade and pricing dynamics through clear and concise visualization

  • Collaborate with peers in the RGM Trade Optimization, Pricing Strategy, and TPM teams to develop consistent, disciplined processes and best-in-class capabilities

Who You Will Work With...

You will collaborate closely with peers across Revenue Growth Management (Trade Optimization, Pricing Strategy, and TPM) and partner with Customer Planning, Customer teams, and Customer Strategy to quantify opportunities, refine models, and deliver clear performance reporting.

What You Bring To The Table... (Must Have)
  • 4 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Understanding of database fundamentals

  • Experience with SQL beyond core querying (e.g., advanced SQL Server use)

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent with a strong academic record

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to work across functions, disciplines, and levels

  • Understanding of trade promotion management and syndicated data metrics (IRI/Nielsen)

  • Demonstrated experience with data transformation, modeling, and reporting/visualization, including SQL

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and effectively prioritize

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize insights and "tell the story"

  • Demonstrated initiative to take ownership and drive continuous improvement

It Would Be Great If You Have... (Nice To Have)
  • 2+ years of CPG experience (Sales, Finance, or Marketing)

  • 2+ years of data and analytics experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$80,700-$116,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
