ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

General:

  • Spearhead advanced analysis of product performance, developing strategic recommendations that drive significant operational improvements.

  • Independently manage complex, high-impact projects aimed at optimizing product processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineering, to inform and support innovative product development and launch strategies.

  • Design and oversee the development of advanced dashboards and reporting tools that deliver critical insights to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Serve as a key resource for mentoring and coaching junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and operational excellence.

Project Coordination:

  • Lead and oversee key projects within product operations, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Conduct comprehensive project scoping, planning, and execution, applying advanced project management methodologies to drive success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain high-level project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to achieve project goals.

  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to overcome challenges and ensure project success.

Access Management:

  • Oversee the strategic development and execution of access management processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.

  • Lead quarterly audits of access to software systems, identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate risks and enhance security.

  • Innovate and refine access-related documentation and training materials, ensuring clarity and usability for internal teams.

Process Optimization:

  • Drive the establishment of best practices for product management and SDLC documentation, ensuring that all teams leverage tools and processes effectively.

  • Proactively identify and implement scalable process improvements that empower product and engineering teams to achieve their objectives efficiently.

  • Lead initiatives to prepare teams for product rollouts, ensuring comprehensive resources, training, and documentation are in place.

Strategy and Alignment:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to product and business leaders, delivering actionable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency between product teams and other departments, identifying opportunities for alignment and improvement.

Customer Advocate:

  • Champion the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and insights, prioritizing product-related challenges for consideration in future developments.

  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to tailor content and solutions that address specific audience needs and enhance user experience.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with subject matter experts across the organization to drive engagement and facilitate smoother product rollouts.

Data & Reporting:

  • Lead the collection and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data, providing a comprehensive view of product usage, customer feedback, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and refine metrics that measure performance against key strategic objectives.

Organization and Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive templates, guidelines, and reference materials to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Expert proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

  • Advanced skills in KPI development, analysis, and interpretation to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex insights to diverse audiences.

  • Strong technical expertise in advanced data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools).

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced knowledge in data analytics, user research, and product metrics.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira & Confluence is a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00/year.
