Position Summary The Associate Director, Commercial Renewable Operations is a senior field and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, safety, and profitability of multiple renewable energy assets, with a primary focus on wind operations. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight to site leadership teams, ensuring best-in-class execution across safety, reliability, compliance, and financial performance. The Associate Director leads a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, asset management, commercial, and executive leadership. This position is accountable for fostering strong relationships with landowners, power off-takers, and local communities, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across assigned assets. This position can be based at the Los Vientos Wind site (III, IV, V) in Rio Grande City, Texas or Los Vientos 1A/1B in Lyford, Texas.
