Work Schedule:
100% FTE, days. Shift times starting between 4:30 am and 5:30 am Monday through Friday. Holidays may be required. This position includes a shift/weekend differential. You will work at the University Hospital.

Where Precision Meets Flavor in the Supply Chain

We are seeking a Supply Clerk Sr. - Culinary Services to:

  • Play a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our kitchens, food venues, care teams, guests, and patients have what they need-when they need it.
  • Coordinate a fast-paced culinary supply operation that keeps daily service running smoothly.
  • Lead a team responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and delivering food and supply items.
  • Communicate with vendors, manage credits, track inventory, and support distribution across culinary locations, occasionally stepping in as a driver when needed based on operational demands.
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Blend logistics coordination, technical expertise, customer service, and team leadership-ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, organizing systems, and guiding others to succeed.

Qualifications
  • No minimum education required
Work Experience
  • 1 year experience in a materials management environment. Required
  • 6 months experience in a UW Health materials management setting may be considered. Required
