Tomorrow Begins Today, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join our team in Toledo, OH. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

As a Licensed Social Worker, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. We offer a variety of solutions that meet the unique needs of our workforce and the patients they serve. From clinical operations such as credentialing to business operations such as contracting, we provide organizational support that allows our providers to focus on what matters - providing care.

This position is based on-site at our Toledo, OH office having in-person sessions. Flexibility for telehealth sessions may be considered.

Spring 2026 grads are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide services, treatment, and/or therapy to individuals, couples, and families; the majority of sessions will be onsite / in person
  • Assess and evaluate for mental health conditions
  • Develop, review, and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Assist patients and their families to change behaviors and access resources to manage their health and well-being
  • Participate in our patient growth strategy by providing a profile for online directories and other marketing efforts



Required Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio OR the ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to work on-site at our Toledo, OH office
