*** We are seeking a reliable, detailoriented support professional to assist patients and visitors both over the phone and at the front desk. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with people, and able to manage a steady flow of calls and walkins. Epic experience and prior Release of Information (ROI) exposure are preferred but not required. Responsibilities include: Providing phone support, with most calls lasting under five minutes Guiding callers on how to submit written requests for information release Assisting walkin visitors by collecting written requests and helping them complete required forms (busy 10 people, low end 2 a day) Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and interactions Supporting a small team that handles 50-60 calls on busy days and fewer during slower periods Skills Emr, Medical record, Electronic medical record, Medical records software, Epic, Health information management, Customer service, Customer relationship management, health information management and systems, HIM, Roi, Ehr, Support, hippa, Medical records management, Healthcare industry, Data entry, Medical Top Skills Details Emr,Medical record,Electronic medical record,Medical records software,Epic,Health information management,Customer service,Customer relationship management,health information management and systems,HIM Additional Skills & Qualifications High school Diploma, required. Associates Degree in Health Information Management or any other health related field, preferred. 3 years of experience in Health Information Management or other Healthcare setting.
