Customer Service Specialist Role Overview * Updating demographic, insurance, and provider information * Collecting test results and processing supply orders * Managing customer concerns, explaining policies, and supporting escalations * Offering product guidance, technology assistance, and remote monitoring support * Contributing to overall patient satisfaction and successful remote health outcomes ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ MustHaves * 2+ years of recent, highvolume call center experience * Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication * Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple websites and platforms * Skilled in Microsoft Office and smart device usage * Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fastchanging environment Job Responsibilities * Handle highvolume inbound and outbound calls in a fastpaced call center environment * Collect, document, and track patient INR results * Follow call scripts and communication guidelines during patient interactions * Contact physicians based on reporting preferences and organizational procedures * Support patients in adhering to prescribed testing schedules * Promote and assist with digital health platforms and technology tools * Demonstrate working knowledge of devices used for INR testing and provide technical support as needed * Maintain accurate time management, attendance, and schedule adherence * Follow all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA compliance What's In It For You * Crossfunctional collaboration with global teams * Visibility to leadership and careergrowth opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Livermore, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
