TEKsystems is looking to hire a Commercial Title Processor to join one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest! If you have 3+ years of Commercial Title and are looking to get your foot in the door at an excellent company - apply today! * Pay: $30.00-35.00/hour * Shift: 8am-5pm (M-F) * Office is located in the Easton area (MUST be located in the Columbus, OH area) Job Details: * Demonstrate technical mastery of the title insurance product line as well as title related products * Prepare title commitments and final policies * Clear title commitments of items that affect the ability to issue title insurance policy * Communicate with title insurance company underwriters regarding complex title related issues and obtain approval as appropriate * Review title related documents and issues making decisions independent of manuals using commonly accepted industry practices. * Oversees order entry Skills & Qualifications * Commercial Title experience is a must * High level attention to detail * Comfortable navigating Excel * Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
