Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is organized, proactive, and detailoriented to join our U.S. Corporate Affairs team, based in our Atlanta, GA office.

About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide highlevel administrative and operational support to the Head of U.S. Corporate Affairs. Working with minimal direction, you will help ensure smooth daytoday operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting travel and expenses, and assisting with budget tracking and team logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys anticipating needs, taking ownership, and partnering closely with senior leaders.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with the Head of U.S. Corporate Affairs and collaborate with crossfunctional internal teams and external partners. The team operates in a fastpaced, collaborative, and international environment, where accuracy, discretion, and strong communication are essential.

What you'll do

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics with minimal supervision
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate domestic and international meetings and events
  • Arrange travel and process expense reports
  • Support onboarding, budgeting, and office coordination activities

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience
  • 5+ years experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fastpaced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience supporting international teams and travel coordination
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience with expense reporting and budget tracking tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $73,600-$96,600. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
