Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Business Planning and Operations Associate who is strategic, analytical, and collaborative to join us in our U.S. Corporate Affairs team, based in our office in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in enabling U.S. Corporate Affairs to operate with clarity, consistency, and impact. As a strategic partner to functional leaders, you will support integrated planning, budgeting, governance, and performance tracking. You will help transform strategy into execution by strengthening ways of working, improving insights, and ensuring operational discipline across the organization.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners closely with Corporate Affairs leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and crossfunctional colleagues. The team is focused on driving alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting meaningful engagement with external stakeholders and advancing organizational priorities.

What you'll do

  • Support annual and quarterly planning aligned to Corporate Affairs strategic priorities
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and followup to enable effective decision making
  • Track initiative progress, risks, and milestones, ensuring accountability and timely escalation
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reviews with finance partners
  • Manage vendor contracts, timelines, compliance requirements, and performance tracking
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support leadership decision making

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sustainability, or related field
  • 5+ of experience in planning, operations, or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational processes
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and structured thinking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions

Preferred requirements

  • Master's degree in business, finance, sustainability, or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of sustainability principles and performance integration
  • Experience with enterprise planning, financial, or cloudbased digital tools
  • Background supporting senior leaders or enterprisewide initiatives

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $108,000-141,800. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
