Logistics Bid Coordinator

The Logistics Bid Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in reviewing bids and submitting quotes, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for data entry reporting on projects, data entry of quoted bids and projects into HubSpot, reviewing contract billing. May include monitoring email correspondence between accounts and service centers.

Essential functions:

  • Review and submit all bids in a quick and timely manner. This can mean submitting some quotes within an hour of receiving the bid.
  • Provide timely updates for projects and billing.
  • Data entry of all received and quoted bids.
  • Research/analyze bids/quotes for accounts.
  • Work with Coleman Service Centers for logistics needs and purposes, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of the moving industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company required software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Required: Previous customer service skills
  • Proficient in keyboard and data entry

  • Indoors

  • Computer and telephone use is prevalent
