As the Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you willnegotiate withsuppliersand stakeholdersaccording to company policiesand achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.This role partners closely with Site Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and key stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, drive value creation, and support long-term business objectives.

As aIndirect Sourcing Specialist, you willbe responsible for:

• Developing and execute category strategies aligned with business and operational goals. This may also include purchasing activities.

• Leading supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contracting to achieve cost savings and value creation.

• Analyzing market trends, commodity indices, and total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Identifying and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply continuity and geopolitical exposure.

• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and sourcing standards.

• Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance on sourcing decisions.

• Proposingimprovement in approaches, methods,procedures,and processes.

• Contributingto projectsas a team memberor leading projects. Work goals typically take 1-3 monthstocomplete,and results are seenimmediatelyor within 1-2 months.

• Resolving supplier-related problems including payments, terms, performance, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED, with at least 3-4 years of experience in Sourcingor SupplyChain.

• Have ability to work independently and show ownership and accountability for assigned commodities

• Have provide good internal customer service

• Have good team players and display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Have demonstration negotiation skills & contract development.

• Have SAP experience

• Have Microsoft Office suite experience
