Position Summary:
The Department of Admissions and Recruitment at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville is accepting applications for the position of Director of Admissions and Recruitment. The Director is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for undergraduate and transfer admissions and recruitment. This position leads the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of comprehensive recruitment strategies designed to meet institutional enrollment goals and advance student access, diversity, and success. The Director exercises independent judgment, serves as a liaison to central admissions, supervises professional and support staff, manages budgetary and operational resources, and collaborates extensively with campus partners to ensure alignment with the University's strategic enrollment plan and priorities.
