About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, one-on-one treatment, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active (or eligible) state Physical Therapy license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care

Preferred (Not Required)

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy skills or interest in continued clinical development
• Dry needling, sports rehab, or specialty training
