*Description*
As a Resilience Testing Manager you will help manage and support the vendor resilience testing process. Responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by technical requirements, and associated policies and standards focused on third-party vendor applications and systems. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects. A qualified candidate will have: * Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with data and automation tools. * The ability to comfortably engage in Technology and Product conversations. * Identify gaps in vendor recovery capabilities and work with the vendor to develop Remediation Action Plans (RAPs). * Translate technical test results into business-level risk reports to leadership, highlighting dependencies and potential single points of failure. General Responsibilities: * Analyze data, identify trends, and provide resilience program- and plan-level reporting and documentation to inform, educate, and infl uence key stakeholders and plan owners. * Ensure alignment of technology capabilities and requirements to documented policies, standards and procedures.. * Understand and apply quality and content standards through collaboration with technology teams, including exercise facilitation, results documentation, reporting, and development/delivery of training and educational materials. * Establish and regularly communicate metrics-based reporting regarding resilience testing activities, including success criteria, lessons learned, defined KPIs/KRIs and continuous improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and process fl ow diagrams * Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes * Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends, * Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new intent * Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the health of the process * Identify and implement process improvements * Creating and validating processes * Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness Basic Qualifi cations *Skills* Project management, vendor negotiation, audit, risk assessment *Top Skills Details* Project management,vendor negotiation,audit,risk assessment *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
