*Description*
*As a Data Collection Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the data pipeline that powers cutting-edge machine learning and hardware development. You will oversee and manage data collection processes, ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as a key point of contact for data collection users across the team.* *- Supervise and manage end-to-end data collection activities across multiple workstreams* *- Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards* *- Provide guidance and support to data collection users and team members* *- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise in the collection process* *- Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities to team leads* *- Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality* *Work Schedule Flexibility* *This position requires flexibility to work one of the following shift schedules:* * 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM * 9:00 AM - 4:40 PM * 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Work schedules are published on a biweekly basis to allow for advance planning. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
